    1. Do we ship to your country?

    We ship worldwide with a few exceptions due to international restrictions or customs limitations.
    Currently, we are unable to ship to certain countries where carriers do not operate safely.

    • Syria


    2. Shipping Costs

    • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $50 USD (regular-priced items only).

    • Standard Shipping: Flat rate $8.99 USD.

    Note: For free promotional products, a fixed fee of $8.99 USD (covering handling, shipping, and customs) will still apply.

    Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.


    3. Delivery Times

    Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
    (excluding weekends, holidays, customs clearance, and unforeseen delays)

    4. Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package via our Track My Order page.

    Please allow 1–3 days after dispatch for tracking information to update due to international logistics.


    5. Wrong Shipping Information

    If you entered the wrong address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After processing, we cannot reroute parcels. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.


    6. Lost or Delayed Packages

    If your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, please contact us at support@tinkers.store. We will happily resend your order or issue a full refund.
