Refund policy
At Tinkerstoneshop, we want you to feel confident and inspired with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return & Exchange Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To qualify:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse are not eligible for return or replacement.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Shipping Costs

Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are not included unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective, incorrect, or missing item).

Our responsibility: If the return is a result of our error, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
Shipping fees and additional services (such as gift wrapping) are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, contact us at contact@tinkers.store before sending it back.
Once an exchange is completed, exchanged items are not eligible for further refunds.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made items

Sage sticks, candles, and soaps that have been opened or used

Sale or promotional items (“Final Sale”)
Free items from promotions or bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Return Without Label
You may use your own shipping carrier if preferred.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Tinkerstoneshop is not responsible for lost packages sent without tracking.
Please do not return items to the address printed on the package. Contact us first for the correct return address.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, missing, or wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@tinkers.store.
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. One-Year Product Support
Defective items purchased within one year (with proof of purchase) may qualify for a 50% discount promo code toward a replacement.
